Hoe Neighbourhood Plan Consultation

Plymouth City Council is asking for your feedback on the Hoe Neighbourhood Plan.   
Let us know what you think about our vision for the future of the Hoe Neighbourhood Area and the planning policies we propose. If you have an opinion, now is the time to share it. 

Visit the PCC website to find out how to review the plan and respond to the consultation, which runs from 2 March to 13 April 2026.
